Our Team

Moshe Naimi, President

Moshe Naimi is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Cross Point Solutions. With close to 30 years of experience in applying technology to solve complex business needs, he brings a unique approach to helping clients take their business to higher levels. With extensive experience in design and implementation of analytic solutions for diverse industries including wealth management and capital markets he directs the overall strategy for the company and its product offerings.

Prior to Cross Point Solutions, he has served as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer for Bell Laboratories, Director of Management Consulting Services at Eisner Consulting, and President and CTO of Camo Technologies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University,  received a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the U of Wisconsin, and graduated with an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Peyman Nissani, Chief Software Architect

Peyman is the Chief Software Architect at Cross Point Solutions. He carries with him over 10 years of experience planning and developing web and mobile-based applications. He has served as a client representative in the past to ensure on-time completion of engineering projects, and has provided technical leadership to junior engineers maintaining content for .NET-based systems. Peyman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in computer science and received a minor in economics and management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv in Israel.

Jack Richman, Chief Scientist

Jack Richman is a 36-year veteran of applying techniques  of mathematical modeling, optimal estimation theory, and computer simulation to real problems that he has worked on during his career in industry. He has garnered his consultative and analytical skills from over 30 years in industry and 16 years of teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and 10 years at NYU Polytechnic. He is the author of myriad papers in his field and he holds several patents for algorithms he developed to solve complex engineering problems. In the past he has served as a consultant for companies such as British Aerospace Engineering (BAE) as well as the Applied Research Center of Penn State University. Jack graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the City College of New York and received his master’s degree from New York University.
